Non-fiction writing is part of a program of the English Department and teaches everything related to the subject: from writing books, scripts, to writing a doctoral thesis. Writing content in Different style

From the point of view of the work of the editor, the difference between fiction and non-fiction is that non-fiction is more fictitious. Creative nonfiction ghostwriting goes through more industrial processes, contains more preservatives: data collection, tabulation of data, simulations and extrapolations of mathematical formulas, transcription of interviews, information conferencing. The relationship between reality and the reader is much more mediated, and therefore less real in non-fiction. It is like the realized ideal of poetry which identify the changes in the situation throughout the content compilation. The writing is divided into three different options that include the following:

Plot

Plot is the sequence of external events from a fictional narrative. This represents a line of action, that contain chronological sequence of events. The plot is physical, concrete, objective, based on the character’s behavior.

Story

Story is how a character feels about what happens in the storyline. A story represents the set of reflections and emotions of a protagonist, who motivate their actions to try to solve conflicts and obstacles throughout the narrative. The story is concise, abstract, subjective, based on the character’s reactions.

Drama

Drama is a concrete way of representing the emotional content of a story through the actions and reactions of the characters. This aspect is completely different from the creative nonfiction ghostwriting. The definition of drama implies the idea of an unusual, extraordinary event, not necessarily in the grandiose and radical sense of these words, but signifying an unexpected event in the context of a particular character’s life. Drama is real-time action, which uses scenes to bring story and story to life to move the narrative.

Theme

Theme is the main question that the writer proposes to explore throughout history. The wording of this question serves to clarify the writer’s intention to write a text and decide what information and events have the potential to help the reader reflect on the moral decisions of the characters. The decision about which theme to develop in a story is based on the questions that the writer wants to provoke in the reader.

Narrative

Narrative is the set of information that the writer chooses to include in the text and the way writer organizes them. The narrative is responsible for how the reader imagines and interprets the story. Decisions about the best way to structure the narrative are based on the reading experience the writer wants to create for the reader. There is no consensus on the distinction between narrative and fiction because the two genres have several characteristics in common.

Differences in Narratives and Novel

In general, we can say that a novel is a narrative of fiction in prose that is longer than a short story, texts with up to seven thousand words, but shorter than a novel texts with more than forty thousand words. On average, a novel is between seventeen thousand and forty thousand words. There are also element that is called a novelette, which are texts that are between seven thousand and seventeen thousand words. Remember that all these numbers are approximate for completion of content in order to get it published.

In structural terms, a novel is more complex than a short story, but not as complex as a novel. This means that this type of text usually focuses on developing a single conflict, has a simple plot, and the focus of the narrative lies on the experiences and emotions of the characters. In contrast, novels fiction narratives in longer prose usually have a larger network of characters, develop a series of subplots and, in addition to sharing the experiences and emotions of the characters, explore social themes in more depth.
