WBJEE 2nd Round Counselling 2018WBJEE 2nd Round Counselling 2018 Dates has announced by the board for the academic session. The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has been released the counselling process for B.E/ B.Tech /B.Arch /B.Pharm Course. As per the official notification, online registration for e-Counselling has started on 9th June 2018 (Saturday). Candidates those are going to participate in the WBJEE 2018 Counselling and not fully convinced with the process then they have to approach the ‘Mock Counselling Help Center’. It includes the e-counselling process for admission and choice filling for admission. You can select the Universities/Government Colleges as well as Self Financed Institutes of the West Bengal State. WBJEE Seat Allotment 2018 is consisting of 3 rounds and candidates will be allotted the seats in the preferred institution only if they will attend the E-Counselling as per schedule date and time frame.

Candidates will be eligible to secure their seats in the university/ college on the basis of their rank secured in the exam and choice filled by them during the e-Counselling. Candidates who have applied for the first round and didn’t get the seat then those candidates can able to apply for the WBJEE 2nd Counselling 2018 for the various seats in various colleges in the state of West Bengal. If you have successfully completed the registration steps in the first round then you need not register again.

Candidates must have to follow the below steps to complete the registration. It’s mandatory for each candidate to register online for the first round. The board will not allow registering again for the second round. So, you can fill the web options and lock the choices. After that, the board will issue the WBJEE 2nd Allotment Result 2018 on 27th June 2018.

Step I: Registration- Candidates those have downloaded their rank card ought to do the online registration from the official web page for the e-counselling by filling the required details. Candidates those will participate in the counselling will not able to take admission for the applied courses. Registration has started from 9th to 15th June 2018 on WBJEE Official Website.

Step II: Counselling Fee: After the registration, the candidates have to download the e-Challan or use an online payment gateway and pay the fees. All the eligible candidates need to pay the registration fee Rs.500/ – through Debit/Credit card & e-challan of Allahabad Bank. Candidates need to keep the fee receipt with them for future reference.

Step III: Choice Filling and Locking: Candidates need to fill their choices of colleges/institutions/ courses in the list available online. After selected right choice, you should lock the choice. It is very important to lock the choice otherwise system will allow default choice of the institution and stream. You will not permissible to change it after the lock the choices.

WBJEE 2nd Round Seat Allotment 2018

The counselling authority will allocate the seat on the basis of marks, seat availability, category and other factors. Candidates have to download the WBJEE 2018 Provisional Seat Allotment from the official web portal. Only those candidates can able to download the seat allotment letter those have filled the choices of the colleges.

To download the allotment result, candidates can enter the registration no and date of birth and password. You can take a hard copy of the allotment result and report at the allotted college.

Reporting at allotted College: After download the seat allotment letter, you have to read the instructions specified in the same. Candidates have to report at allotted college to take the document verification, admission and deposit the required tuition fee as per their stream and category. You must have to get the confirmation letter after admission.
